菲律賓嘉年華之母 Ati-Atihan Festival, the Mother of All Philippine Festivals

Ati-Atihan 節，俗稱亞洲巴西加年華是菲律賓的一個節日，每年一月在班乃島阿克蘭省的幾個城鎮為紀念 Santo Niño （聖嬰）而舉行。最大的慶祝活動是在一月的第三個星期日，在該省省會卡利波（Kalibo）鎮舉行。

該節日包括宗教遊行和街頭遊行、展示主題彩車、穿著五顏六色服裝的舞蹈團體、遊行樂隊以及穿著面部和人體彩繪的人們。它激發了菲律賓其他節日，包括宿霧的 Sinulog 節和伊洛伊洛市的 Dinagyang，並被稱為「菲律賓嘉年華之母」。

The Ati-Atihan Festival, which is so-called "The Asian Brazilian Carnival", is a Philippine festival held annually in January in honor of the Santo Niño (Holy Child or Infant Jesus) in several towns of the province of Aklan, Panay Island. The biggest celebration is held during the third Sunday of January in the town of Kalibo, the province’s capital. The festival consists of religious processions and street-parades, showcasing themed floats, dancing groups wearing colorful costumes, marching bands, and people sporting face and body paints. It's inspired other Philippine Festivals, including the Sinulog Festival of Cebu and Dinagyang of Iloilo City, and holds the title "The Mother of All Philippine Festivals".
