日月塔羅牌 - 符碼背後的秘密 Sun and Moon Tarot - Beyond the Codes

我原本以為日月塔羅牌就是一副大眾市場的牌卡，沒想到作者要傳遞的遠比我想像的還多。四大古文明：古埃及、美索不達米亞文明、古印度文明、中國文明，甚至古希臘、瑪雅；印度教、佛教、猶太教、道教...原來這是一副跨文化、跨文明的智慧結晶。

有別於較為廣泛熟悉的偉特系統，日月塔羅牌屬於托特系統，但仍然包含了淺顯易懂的偉特意象。在這些神秘的符碼背後，除了藏著秘密之外，還有甚麼鮮為人知的故事或寓意？雖然屬卡通畫風，但深具藝術藝術底子的作者 Vanessa Decort 畢業於比利時布魯塞爾聖魯卡斯藝術學院，將日月塔羅牌的每張牌卡繪製得像畫布一樣。對神祕學符號、神聖幾何圖形著迷的朋友，日月塔羅牌藏了許多等著被發現的秘密。

 I thought Sun and Moon Tarot was just a mass market tarot, but there is much more than I imagined. The four ancient civilizations: Mesopotamia, Ancient Egypt, Ancient India, and Ancient China are included, as well as Ancient Greece, Maya, and various religions such as Hindu, Buddhism, Judaism, Taoism, etc. It's such a deck of the wisdom of cross cultures and civilizations.

Different from the well-known RWS system, Sun and Moon Tarot is closer to the Thoth system, although the easy imagery of the RWS system is still adopted. Beyond the mysterious codes hiding many secrets, are there any other stories or implications waiting to be uncovered? The deck is of cartoony style but the creator Vanessa Decort, who graduated in 1998 from Sint Lukas Art School Brussels, made every card like a fine art painting.
